Here is what is expected of you:
- Commitment and consistency
- Sticking to food list and eating timetables(this helps train your mind have a good relationship with food),
- Participation by sharing photos of your meal plates with your assigned Nutritionist
- Asking questions and communicating to your assigned group Nutritionist when faced with challenges or just need someone to talk to.
On this challenge, we have different plans for everyone including nursing moms, patients of different conditions whose Doctors have prescribed/recommended weight loss, we thrive to work hand in hand with your Doctor, therefore it is important to get your doctors opinion and approval before embarking on any lifestyle change. We have something for everyone, all you have to do is complete your enrollment form accurately so that we get to know your history and assign an appropriate Nutritionist to you.
